Slumber – How to Add and Play Your Own Audio Files
Add your own music, audiobooks, sleep sounds, or other audio to the Slumber and listen to them in MP3 mode.
Before You Start
You will need your Slumber pillow and remote, a computer with a USB port, and your audio files.
Supported audio: MP3 / WAV / WMA | Storage: 4 GB
Step 1 – Add Your Audio Files
Connect the Slumber pillow to the remote control using the USB-C connection. Then connect the Slumber to your computer's USB port.
Step 2 – Turn On the Remote & Open the SLUMBER Drive
Turn the Slumber remote ON and wait a few seconds. Your computer should detect a drive named SLUMBER.
Open the SLUMBER drive. Inside, you will see the Slumber's 20 built-in audio tracks, named 01–20.
Step 3 – Copy Your Audio Files
- Find the audio files on your computer that you want to add.
- Drag and drop them into the SLUMBER drive.
- Wait until all files have finished copying.
Want Your Tracks to Play in a Specific Order?
The built-in tracks are already named 01–20. To help keep your own files in order, name them starting with 21, 22, 23...
21 Ocean Sounds.mp3
22 Rain.mp3
23 Sleep Music.mp3
Step 4 – Disconnect Slumber
Once all files have finished copying:
- Turn the Slumber remote OFF.
- If your computer has an Eject option, safely eject the SLUMBER drive.
- Disconnect the USB cable from your computer.
Once Done – Test and Play Your Own Audio
- Connect the Slumber to the included USB wall charger.
- Turn the remote ON and select MP3 mode.
- Press ⏭ Next Track to find your added audio.
- Use the volume dial to adjust the sound.
- Press and hold the MP3/AUX button to change the playback mode.
Something Doesn't Look Right?
Computer Does Not Show “SLUMBER”?
- Make sure the pillow is connected to the remote control.
- Make sure the remote is ON.
- Unplug and reconnect the USB connection.
- Try another USB port on your computer.
- Wait a few seconds and check again.
If available, try another USB cable that supports data transfer.
My New Audio Files Don't Appear?
- Make sure the files were copied into the SLUMBER drive.
- Make sure copying finished before disconnecting the Slumber.
- Make sure the files are MP3, WAV, or WMA.
- Make sure the Slumber is in MP3 mode.
- Press ⏭ to browse through the tracks again.
My Tracks Play in the Wrong Order?
Rename your files using numbers at the beginning:
22 Rain.mp3
23 Sleep Music.mp3
Then copy the renamed files back to the Slumber.
If your tracks play randomly even when Sequential mode is selected, install the Slumber Firmware v2.0 update.

I Added a File but Can't Find It?
Slumber already contains 20 built-in tracks.
Press ⏭ Next Track to continue past the built-in sounds until you reach your added files. Naming your own files starting with 21 can make them easier to find.
