Before You Start

Slumber has no built-in battery and must stay connected to power. Place it with both speakers facing UP toward your head, preferably under your pillowcase to reduce sound leakage.

Quick Start

Step 1 – Position the Slumber

Place the Slumber on top of your pillow or inside your pillow cover.

Recommended: Place Slumber under your pillowcase to help reduce sound leakage.
Check the direction: Make sure both speakers face UP toward your head.

Step 2 – Connect Power & Turn It On

  1. Connect the provided USB-C power cable to the Slumber.
  2. Connect the other end to the provided Avantree wall adapter, then plug it into a wall outlet.
  3. Slide the power switch to ON.
Good to Know: Slumber does not charge. It needs continuous power while in use.

Step 3 – Choose What You Want to Listen To

Choose how you want to listen:

  • MP3 – Listen to built-in sleep sounds or your own supported audio files.
  • Bluetooth – Play audio wirelessly from your phone or tablet.
  • AUX – Connect a compatible audio device using a 3.5mm audio cable.
Using Bluetooth?
  1. Put Slumber into Bluetooth mode.
  2. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone or tablet.
  3. Select Avantree Slumber.
  4. Keep the devices close and wait for them to connect.
Connected: The Bluetooth indicator turns solid BLUE for about 30 seconds, then turns off.
Sound Too Loud for Someone Beside You?

Place Slumber under your pillowcase instead of on top of the pillow.

Make sure the speakers face up and are positioned near your ears, then lower the volume to a comfortable level.

Slumber Does Not Turn On?
  1. Make sure the USB-C cable is fully connected.
  2. Make sure the wall adapter is plugged into a working outlet.
  3. Make sure the power switch is set to ON.
  4. Unplug the power cable, reconnect it, and try again.
Remember: Slumber has no built-in battery. It will turn off when power is disconnected.
