Bluetooth Disconnecting or Audio Cutting Out?
If your Avantree Slumber keeps disconnecting or the audio drops out, work through these four checks in order.
What are you experiencing?
Both problems can be checked using the same troubleshooting steps below.
Some power banks may stop supplying power when they detect low power usage. This can cause Slumber to disconnect unexpectedly. Use the charger supplied with Slumber for a steadier connection.
Fix Bluetooth Dropouts in 4 Checks
Start with Step 1 and continue until the connection becomes stable.
Use a Stable Power Source
If Slumber is connected to a power bank, disconnect it and use the charger supplied with Slumber instead.
Forget Avantree Slumber on Your Audio Source
Open the Bluetooth settings on the phone, tablet, computer, or other device currently connected to Slumber. Find Avantree Slumber and remove or forget it.
Reset Avantree Slumber
Clear Slumber's Bluetooth pairing history, then establish a fresh Bluetooth connection with your audio source.
Open Slumber Reset Instructions →Test Slumber with Another Device
Connect Slumber to a different compatible Bluetooth device and play audio again.
