Slumber – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History

Reset your Slumber if it will not pair, keeps connecting to the wrong device, or you want to clear its saved Bluetooth connection.

Before You Reset

Turn OFF Bluetooth on phones, tablets, computers, or other devices that were previously paired with your Slumber. This prevents the Slumber from automatically reconnecting to an old device.

Step 1 – Turn On the Slumber

Make sure your Avantree Slumber is powered ON.

Step 2 – Clear the Pairing History

Press and hold Slumber reset buttons both buttons together for 10 seconds.

Reset Complete: The Slumber's saved Bluetooth pairing history has now been cleared. You can pair it with your Bluetooth device again.

Step 3 – Reconnect Your Bluetooth Device

Turn Bluetooth OFF and then ON on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Put the Slumber into Bluetooth pairing mode: press and hold the BT button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.

Flashing Red & Blue = Slumber is in pairing mode.

Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select Avantree Slumber.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

Slumber Keeps Reconnecting to an Old Device?

Turn OFF Bluetooth on previously paired phones, tablets, or computers, then reset the Slumber again.

Still Cannot Pair After the Reset?

Turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Wait a few seconds, then turn Bluetooth ON again.
Turn the Slumber OFF and back ON.
Press and hold the BT button for 3 seconds until the Red & Blue LEDs flash.
Try connecting to Avantree Slumber again.
