AS50 - Troubleshooting: How to Resolve Reconnection Issues?

The Ensemble headphones (BTHS-AS50) are designed to automatically reconnect to the Ensemble transmitter. If you're experiencing issues with reconnection, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check the LED Indicator

Solid Blue → This means the headphones are currently connected to another Bluetooth device.

Solution:

*Turn off Bluetooth on any nearby devices (e.g., TV, phone, computer, or Bluetooth speaker) to avoid interference.

Using the Headphones Without the Transmitter?

If you're not using the transmitter, press the ⏯ button on the right earcup to reconnect the headphones to the last paired Bluetooth device.

💡Note:
Minimize Interference: Wi-Fi routers, access points, and microwaves operate on the 2.4GHz frequency and can interfere with the signal. Keep these devices at least 2 meters away from your headphones and transmitter for best performance.
