Nearby TVs, phones, tablets, or computers may interfere. Turn Bluetooth OFF on those devices while using the transmitter.
Note: If you just finished charging the headphones, they turn off while charging and won’t turn on automatically.
Quick Check
1. Turn Everything On
Slide the switches on both the headphones and the transmitter from OFF → ON to power them on. The headphones should connect automatically, no matter which one you turn on first.
If one doesn’t connect, Press once the matching 🎧1 or 🎧2 button on the transmitter.
● Black headphones = 🎧1
● Red headphones = 🎧2
2. If it still doesn’t work:
Manually pair the headphones.Hold the switch in PAIR on the headphones for 3 seconds, then press the matching 🎧 button on the transmitter for 2 seconds. Solid blue means connected.
Once the transmitter is powered on and the ON/OFF button is set to “ON,” the headphones will automatically connect to the transmitter as soon as they’re turned on, regardless of the order. However, if the headphones fail to connect, simply pressing the corresponding Headphone 🎧X button on the transmitter will resolve the issue.
Why This Happens
The headphones may stay off after charging or other nearby Bluetooth devices may interfere with the transmitter connection.
💡 Tip:
Disable Bluetooth on Other Devices: When using the headphones with the transmitter, turn off Bluetooth on all nearby devices, including your TV, phone, computer, and speakers, to prevent potential interference.
