Please check the following:
1 - Are Your Headphones and Transmitter connected?
- Both your Avantree Headphones and Transmitter should have a SOLID LIGHT on their connection indicator LED.
- If they're flashing, something's wrong. Please pair them together again.
2 - Is your Transmitter receiving a Valid Audio Signal? (95% issues are here)
- **MAKE SURE YOUR TRANSMITTER IS PLUGGED IN TO AN AUDIO OUT AT THE BACK OF YOUR TV**

Check your Transmitter's signal LED. It should be SOLID. If it's flashing, that means there's no valid signal coming from the TV. If so, try the following:
- Check Your TV's sound settings again. (SAMSUNG TV, LG,VIZIO,TCL...). If you're connected with optical, make sure the TV's sound output is set to PCM
- If your transmitter base has an output switch, make sure it's set to the correctly (for example, if you used an AUX cable, make sure it's set to AUX)
- Make sure there's nothing in your TV's HDMI ARC (it could be interfering)
- Unplug and Plug the audio cable from the transmitter
- Start your Netflix / Amazon Prime Program first, then change output format on your TV to PCM
