Why am I experiencing audio lag with my Avantree transmitter? – Avantree Support

Avantree transmitters, including models from the Orbit, Oasis, Audikast, Relay, SoundJet, Voyager, DG80, C81, and DG60 series, are equipped with Qualcomm's aptX technology. Our newer models, such as Voyager, C82, and DG60R, also feature LE Audio Auracast technology, enhancing audio quality while minimizing latency.

For the low latency features to function effectively, both the transmitter and the receiving device must support aptX Adaptive, aptX Low Latency, or Auracast technologies.

To ensure optimal performance, we recommend using Bluetooth SIG certified products that support these technologies. You can find compatible products from certified websites:

aptX Adaptive devices
aptX Low Latency devices
Bluetooth Auracast products

Please note that current Apple products do not support these specific technologies, which may result in latency issues for AirPods users.
