AcuEar Pebble – Switch Between Hearing Assist & Bluetooth Mode
The AcuEar Pebble has two listening modes: Hearing Assist Mode and Bluetooth Mode.
Switch to Hearing Assist Mode
- Press and hold the Hear Assist button on the charging case for 2 seconds.
- Wait a few seconds for the charging case and earbuds to connect.
- Place the charging case near the person you want to hear.
The charging case works as the microphone in Hearing Assist Mode.
Switch to Bluetooth Mode
If Hearing Assist Mode is ON, press and hold the Hear Assist button for 2 seconds. Hearing Assist turns OFF and the earbuds automatically switch to Bluetooth Mode. If they have been paired with your phone before, they should reconnect automatically.
First Time Connecting to Bluetooth?
The earbuds should enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or computer.
- Select Avantree AcuEar Pebble.
- Wait for the connection.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The Case Keeps Flashing BLUE
Hearing Assist is still connecting. Keep the earbuds and charging case close together, then wait a few seconds.
Bluetooth Audio Will Not Play
Make sure Hearing Assist Mode is OFF. Press and hold the Hear Assist button for 2 seconds, then select Avantree AcuEar Pebble in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
The Earbuds Are Flashing RED & BLUE
The earbuds are ready for Bluetooth pairing. Open your device’s Bluetooth settings and select Avantree AcuEar Pebble.
Want to Hear People Around You Again?
Press and hold the Hear Assist button for 2 seconds. Wait for the case LED to turn Solid BLUE, then place the case near the person you want to hear.
