NOTE: Please be aware that both the earphones and the charging case must be reset in order to successfully complete the reset process.
1. Make sure the set is in Bluetooth Mode:
- You can do this by checking the charging case’s LED – if it’s blue or flashing blue, it’s in Hear Assist Mode. If it’s off, it’s in Bluetooth mode.
- If the set is in Hear Assist Mode, press & hold the charging case’s “Hear Assist” button for 2 seconds. The LED will turn red and then off.
2. Place the earphones in pairing mode:
- Remove one of the earphones from the charging case. If its LED starts flashing red & blue, proceed to step 3.
- If the earphone’s LED turns solid blue, turn Bluetooth off (or disconnect the AcuEar Pebble) on all previously paired devices until the earphone’s LED starts flashing red & blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. Reset the earphones:
- Press the earphone’s multifunctional button 4 times quickly in a row. The earphone’s LED will turn solid pink for 2 seconds and then turn off.
4. Reset the charging case:
- Press the charging case’s “Hear Assist” button 4 times quickly in a row. The LED will flash pink 5 times, turn red for one second, then turn off.
