Reset your SoundJet R2 and start fresh

A factory reset clears the SoundJet R2's previous Bluetooth pairing history and restores its default settings. Try this if you're having trouble connecting your headphones.

Turn On the SoundJet R2

Make sure your SoundJet R2 is powered on before starting the reset.

Double-Click the Multi-Function Button (MFB)

Quickly press the MFB button twice. You do not need to hold the button down.

DOUBLE-CLICK THE MFB BUTTON CLICK × 2

Check the LED Indicators

After double-clicking the MFB, the connection LEDs will change in the following sequence:

Solid PINK — 3 Seconds Both the red and blue LEDs light up simultaneously, making the indicator appear pink.

Flashing RED and BLUE Alternately The SoundJet R2 automatically enters Bluetooth pairing mode.

Factory Reset Complete

When the LED flashes RED and BLUE alternately, the reset is complete and the SoundJet R2 is ready to pair with your headphones again.

Next: Reconnect Your Headphones

Put your Bluetooth headphones or earbuds into pairing mode and keep them close to the SoundJet R2. Wait for the devices to connect.
