How to Factory Reset the NB18 – Avantree Support

Factory Reset & Clear Pairing History

Reset your NB18 if it will not pair, will not reconnect, or you want to clear its saved Bluetooth connections.

What does a reset do?

A factory reset clears all past pairing information and restores the NB18 to its default settings. After the reset, you will need to pair it again.

Move the power switch from OFF to ON.

Solid Blue — NB18 is powered on.

Red and Blue at the same time — Reset successful.

The two colors may look Purple for a moment.

Important: Keep holding both volume buttons until you see the brief Red and Blue reset light.

After the reset, the NB18 should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Flashing Red and Blue — NB18 is in pairing mode and ready to connect.

This means the reset was successful and the old pairing information has been cleared.

Step 4 – Pair the NB18 Again

Keep the NB18 in pairing mode while connecting it to your device.

Flashing Red and Blue — Ready to pair.

Solid Blue — Connected successfully.

You should also hear “Connected.”
