NB18 – Power & Charging
Use this guide to charge your NB18 and check its battery status.
How to Charge the NB18
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the NB18.
- Connect the other end to a USB power source.
- Check the charging light.
Solid RED = Charging
Light OFF = Fully charged
Flashing RED = Low battery
Recommended power: 5V / 0.5–2A
Full charge: About 3 hours
Low Battery
When the battery is low, the NB18 gives a “Low battery” voice warning or shows a flashing RED light. Connect it to power and charge it.
Turn the NB18 ON / OFF
Power ON: Slide the power switch to ON.
Power OFF: Slide the power switch to OFF.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
No RED Light When Charging
- Make sure the USB-C cable is fully connected.
- Try another USB power source.
- Try another USB-C cable.
Charging Light Turns OFF
This normally means the NB18 is fully charged. Disconnect the charging cable and turn the NB18 ON.
NB18 Still Will Not Turn ON
Charge it for a while, then disconnect the charging cable and try turning it ON again. If it still does not turn on after charging, contact Avantree Support.
