Sky Ace – Pair, Connect & Lock the Earbuds

Use this guide if the earbuds do not reconnect to the Sky Ace transmitter, or when using replacement earbuds.

Good to know: The original Sky Ace earbuds and transmitter are factory locked. They should reconnect automatically when both are turned ON.

Step 1 – Reset Both the Transmitter and Earbuds

Resetting clears the saved connection so the transmitter and earbuds can pair again.

Step 2 – Wait for the Earbuds to Connect

After both parts are reset, keep the earbuds close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds. They should pair and connect automatically.

Step 3 – Lock the Earbuds Again

Once the earbuds are connected, press and hold the transmitter MFB and + buttons together for 6 seconds.

Earbud LED flashes RED for 1 second = Locked

The earbuds should now reconnect to the transmitter automatically whenever both are turned ON.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

The Earbuds Do Not Connect After Resetting

Keep the earbuds close to the transmitter and wait a few seconds. If they still do not connect, check that both the transmitter and earbuds were reset.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Pairing mode

The Earbuds Connect but Do Not Reconnect Next Time

Complete Step 3 – Lock the Earbuds Again. Hold the transmitter MFB and + buttons together for 6 seconds, then check for the earbud’s RED flash.
