Sky Ace – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset the Sky Ace if the earbuds and transmitter are having trouble connecting.
Step 1 – Reset the Transmitter
- Turn the transmitter ON.
- Press and hold the + and − buttons together for about 6 seconds.
The combined colors may look PINK.
Step 2 – Reset the Earbuds
- Put both earbuds into the charging case.
- Keep the case lid OPEN.
- Press and hold the case button for about 10 seconds.
Step 3 – Check the Right Earbud
After the reset, wait for the RIGHT earbud to enter pairing mode.
If the RIGHT earbud does not start flashing RED & BLUE, close the charging case lid, then open it again. This restarts the earbuds.
