Sky Ace – How to Charge
Charge the transmitter, earbuds, and earbud charging case when needed.
The Sky Ace has 3 rechargeable parts: transmitter, earbuds, and earbud charging case.
Charge the Transmitter
- Double-press the transmitter MFB to check its battery level.
- Charge the transmitter when the battery is 25% or lower.
- Connect the transmitter to a USB power source using its charging cable.
Charge the Earbuds
When you hear “Battery Low”, charge the earbuds.
- Place both earbuds correctly inside the charging case.
- Close the case lid.
The charging case charges the earbuds automatically.
Charge the Earbud Case
- Connect a USB-C cable to the charging case.
- Connect the other end to a 5V / 0.5–2A USB power source.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Earbuds Are Not Charging
Remove both earbuds, place them back inside the charging case correctly, then close the lid.
Charging Case or Transmitter Has No Power
- Reconnect the charging cable firmly.
- Try a different compatible charging cable.
- Plug the power adapter into a different wall outlet.
Transmitter Battery Is Low
Double-press the transmitter MFB to check the battery level. If it is 25% or lower, charge the transmitter before using it again.
