Sky Ace – How to Add a Second Pair of Headphones
Use the Sky Ace earbuds and a second pair of Bluetooth headphones at the same time.
Step 1 – Connect the Sky Ace Earbuds First
Turn ON the Sky Ace transmitter and earbuds. Wait until the original earbuds are connected, then leave them ON.
Step 2 – Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode
Press and hold the transmitter MFB until the second-headphone indicator begins flashing.
Step 3 – Put the Second Headphones in Pairing Mode
Put your second Bluetooth headphones into Bluetooth pairing mode. Simply turning the headphones ON is not enough.
Step 4 – Wait for Connection
Keep the second headphones close to the Sky Ace transmitter. Wait about 5–10 seconds.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Second Headphones Do Not Connect
- Keep the second headphones close to the transmitter.
- Put the transmitter into pairing mode again.
- Put the second headphones into their actual Bluetooth pairing mode.
- Wait 5–10 seconds.
Second Headphones Keep Connecting to a Phone
Turn Bluetooth OFF on nearby phones, tablets, and computers previously connected to the second headphones. Then put the headphones into pairing mode again.
Both Indicators Are Solid BLUE but One Pair Has No Sound
Turn the affected headphones OFF and back ON, then play the audio again. Most headphones work in dual mode, but some true wireless earbuds may not work properly with two pairs connected at the same time.
