Before You Start: Charging problems may be caused by poor contact with the charging base, a faulty cable or power source, or a battery issue.
Step 1 – Check the Charging Base
Flashing Red – The battery is low. Charge the headphones.
Solid Red – The headphones are charging.
Light Off – The headphones are fully charged.
- Connect the base to a 5V USB wall charger.
- Place both headphones on the base. Adjust their position until the charging contacts touch and the red charging light appears.
- Check whether the charging lights appear.
- Try a different USB cable, charger, and wall outlet.
Only one headphone affected? Check that it is seated correctly on the base.
Step 2 – Clean the Charging Contacts
- Unplug the charging base and gently clean the metal contacts on the headphones and base with a dry, soft cloth.
- Place the headphones back on the dock. Adjust their position until the charging contacts touch and the red charging light appears.
Step 3 – Headphones Won't Turn On?
- Leave the headphones charging for 30–60 minutes, especially if they have not been used recently.
- Remove them from the base and turn them ON.
- Check whether they power on normally.
Step 4 – Battery Drains Too Quickly?
- Fully charge both headphones.
- Test their battery life under similar conditions.
- Check whether one headphone loses power much faster than the other.
Battery drains unusually fast? The affected headphone may have a battery issue.
