Connect Another Headphone

Pair each compatible headphone with the Duet transmitter one at a time.

Pair directly with the Duet transmitter.

The compatible add-on devices use the Duet's 2.4 GHz wireless connection and do not pair through your TV's Bluetooth menu.

Pair the New Headphone

Keep the transmitter and new headphone close together during pairing.

Put the Transmitter in Pairing Mode

Turn the Duet transmitter on, then slide and hold its switch at PAIR until the light alternates red and blue.

Alternating red / blue = Pairing

Put the New Headphone in Pairing Mode

Turn on the new headphone, then slide and hold its switch at PAIR until its light alternates red and blue.

Alternating red / blue = Ready to connect

Wait for the Connection

Keep both devices close together and wait about 3–5 seconds.

Once connected, the lights will turn solid blue.

Solid blue = Connected

Connected

The new device should now receive the same audio from the Duet transmitter.

Not Connecting?

Make sure the transmitter and new device are both in pairing mode at the same time. If needed, start pairing mode on both again and keep them close together until the lights turn solid blue.

Using several receivers?

The Duet transmitter supports up to 100 compatible receivers. Pair each new device one at a time using the same process.

Troubleshooting

The Light Does Not Alternate Red & Blue

Make sure the device is powered on.
Slide and hold the switch at PAIR.
Keep holding until the indicator alternates between red and blue.

Both Are Pairing but Still Do Not Connect

Move the new device closer to the transmitter.
Restart pairing mode on both devices.
Wait about 3–5 seconds without pressing anything else.
Look for solid blue lights to confirm the connection.

Audio Cuts Out or the Connection Is Unstable

Nearby Wi-Fi routers, access points, microwaves, and other devices using the 2.4 GHz frequency may cause interference.

When possible, keep these devices at least 2 meters / 6 feet away from the Duet transmitter and receivers.
