Before You Start: No sound usually means the earbuds are not connected to the transmitter, the TV is not sending a compatible audio signal, or the audio cable is loose. Turn on the transmitter and both earbuds, then play TV audio and follow these three steps.
Step 1 – Check the Earbud Connection
Turn on the Medley Pebble transmitter and both earbuds. Check the transmitter’s connection indicator and the earbud lights.
Earbuds Not Connected? Reset the transmitter and both earbuds, then let them reconnect.
Reset & Reconnect Guide →Step 2 – Check the TV Audio Signal & Settings
Play TV audio and check the transmitter’s AUX / OPT audio signal indicator.
Why PCM? For Optical connections, the transmitter needs a compatible stereo signal. Set the TV audio format to PCM / Stereo. Dolby, DTS, or Bitstream may cause no sound.
Choose your TV connection type and check the matching settings.
Step 3 – Check Cable Connections, Volume & Restart
1. Check the cable connection:
Make sure the cable is securely connected to the TV and the correct input port on the transmitter.
Connect to the transmitter’s OPT input from TV.
Connect to the transmitter’s AUX input from TV.
- Increase the earbud volume. Tap the right earbud to raise the volume. For AUX, also increase the TV volume.
- Make sure the TV is not muted. Try another channel, video, or app.
- If there is still no sound, try a new cable of the same type.
- Turn off the transmitter and both earbuds. Reconnect the audio cable, then turn them back on and test again.
