No Sound? Check These 2 Areas
Most issues come from:
a. Headphones and base not connected
b. Base not receiving audio from TV
Step 1. Check Wireless Connection (Headphones ↔ Base)
- Solid Blue LED → Connected. You’ll also hear “Welcome to Avantree, Connected.” ✅ No action needed.

Flashing LED → Not connected. Re-pair headphones and base (see Reset & Reconnect guide).
Step 2. Check TV Audio Signal (AUX/OPT LED on Base)

Solid LED → TV signal received. ✅ No action needed.

Flashing LED → Signal issue.
To Fix Signal Issues:

Cables:
Confirm cable is fully plugged into TV output and Input From TV on base. -
TV Audio Settings

Set TV audio output to the port you’re using (AUX / Optical).

⚠️ Important: Set Audio Format to PCM/Stereo.

Streaming Apps (Netflix, Prime Video, Roku, etc.)

In app settings, also select PCM/Stereo as audio output.

✅ By checking these two areas, you can solve almost all “no sound” issues with your Medley Pebble headphones.
