Medley Pebble – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset the transmitter and both earbuds if they will not connect, connect incorrectly, or have sound from only one side.
Important: Reset both the transmitter and both earbuds. Resetting only one part may not fix the connection problem.
Reset the Transmitter
- Remove both earbuds from the transmitter.
- Turn the transmitter ON.
- Press and hold the RESET button for about 5 seconds.
PINK for about 2 seconds = Transmitter reset complete
Flashing RED & BLUE = Transmitter is ready to pair
Reset Both Earbuds
- Place both earbuds on the transmitter, then remove the LEFT earbud.
- Wait until the left earbud flashes red and blue.
Reset the left earbud:
Before T24L2: Double-press MFB.
T24L2 and later: Press MFB 5 times quickly.
Find Your Batch Number
Before T24L2: Double-press MFB.
T24L2 and later: Press MFB 5 times quickly.
- Wait for the earbud LED to turn PINK briefly, then turn off.
- Repeat the same steps for the RIGHT earbud.
Flashing RED & BLUE = Earbud is ready to reset
Reconnect the Earbuds
- Place both earbuds back on the transmitter.
- Remove both earbuds together.
- Wait for the earbuds to flash BLUE while they reconnect to each other.
- Keep them close to the transmitter and wait about 5 seconds.
Earbud LEDs turn WHITE for 3 seconds, then turn off.
Transmitter shows Solid BLUE (🎧) and Solid WHITE (TV Audio).
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The Transmitter Does Not Flash Red & Blue
Make sure both earbuds are removed, the transmitter is ON, and you hold the RESET button for the full 5 seconds.
