Duet Aura – Headphones Won't Reconnect to the Transmitter?

If the headphones do not reconnect after being turned on, they may not be in Auracast mode. Follow the steps below to reconnect them to the Duet Aura transmitter.

Turn On the Transmitter and Play Audio

Make sure the Duet Aura transmitter is powered on and your TV or audio source is playing.

Enter Auracast Mode and Reconnect

Turn on the headphones, then press and hold the ⏯ button to enter Auracast mode. The headphone light will flash orange while searching. Keep the headphones close to the transmitter and wait for them to reconnect.

Flashing orange = searching Solid orange = connected

Connected: When the headphone light turns solid orange, the headphones have reconnected to the transmitter and should play the same audio.

Still not reconnecting? Move the headphones closer to the transmitter and repeat Step 2. If the issue continues, contact Avantree Support.
