Infinity NC – How to Join an Auracast Broadcast

Use the Avantree – Avantalk app to find and join an Auracast broadcast with your Infinity NC earbuds.

Step 1 – Download the Avantree – Avantalk App

Get the Avantree – Avantalk app for your phone:

App Store (iOS) Google Play (Android)

Step 2 – Connect Infinity NC to Your Phone

Pair Infinity NC with your phone through Bluetooth.
Make sure Infinity NC shows as Connected.
Open the Avantree – Avantalk app.
Tap Add Device → Infinity NC → Connect.

Step 3 – Update and Reset the Earbuds

1. Complete the First Update

Accept the App's automatic firmware pop-up and follow the DFU steps. Wait until you see “Completed.”

Important: After the update is completed, reset the earbuds before continuing.

2. Reset the Earbuds

Put both earbuds in the case → hold the case button for 8 seconds.

Reset successful:

Both LEDs turn solid PINK.

Then the LEDs flash RED & BLUE.

Next: Open your phone's Bluetooth list and select Avantalk Infinity NC again.

Step 4 – Start the Auracast Broadcast

Turn ON your Avantree or other Auracast transmitter and make sure its Auracast broadcast is ON.

Steps may vary by transmitter. Check the transmitter's user manual for how to start its Auracast broadcast.

Step 5 – Scan, Join, and Save the Broadcast

Make sure the transmitter is ON and its Auracast broadcast is ON.
In the App, tap Auracast → Scan.
Select the broadcast you want to join.
Tap the broadcast's ⓘ → Save.

Nothing listed? Make sure the transmitter's Auracast broadcast is ON, move within 2 m / 6 ft, then tap Scan again.

Note: The Infinity NC device view may disappear from the App while listening to Auracast. This is a normal mode change, not necessarily a fault.

Can't Find the Auracast Broadcast?

✓ Make sure the transmitter is ON and its Auracast broadcast is ON.

✓ Move the Infinity NC within 2 m / 6 ft of the transmitter.

✓ Stop any Bluetooth audio playing from your phone.

✓ Tap Auracast → Scan again.
