Infinity NC – How to Fix Sound on Only One Side
If sound only comes from the left or right earbud, follow these steps in order.
Start with Step 1. Do not factory reset the earbuds right away. First, make sure both earbuds have power.
Step 1 – Make Sure Both Earbuds Have Power
- Place both earbuds inside the charging case.
- Make sure each earbud is sitting correctly.
- Leave them in the case for a few minutes if the batteries may be low.
- Take both earbuds out together and test the sound.
Both sides working? You’re done. If not, continue to Step 2.
Step 2 – Factory Reset Both Earbuds
If one side still has no sound, factory reset both earbuds and pair them with your device again.
Important: Resetting clears saved Bluetooth connections. You will need to connect the Infinity NC to your device again.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
One Earbud Does Not Turn On
Place both earbuds inside the charging case. Make sure the problem earbud is sitting correctly and charge it before trying the reset.
Nothing Happens When I Hold the Case Button
- Make sure both earbuds are inside the case.
- Keep the case lid OPEN.
- Hold the case button for the full 8 seconds.
