Infinity NC – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset your Infinity NC to clear its saved Bluetooth connections and start pairing again.
When Should I Reset? Reset if the earbuds won't connect, keep connecting to an old device, or have Bluetooth connection problems.
Note: Resetting will erase the earbuds' saved Bluetooth connections. You will need to pair them again afterward.
Step 1 – Reset the Earbuds
- Place both earbuds inside the charging case.
- Keep the case lid OPEN.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 8 seconds.
Watch the earbud LEDs:
Flashing PINK = Resetting
Flashing RED & BLUE = Reset complete and ready to pair
✓ Your Infinity NC has been reset.
Step 2 – Pair Again
On the phone, tablet, computer, or TV you want to use:
- Open the device's Bluetooth Settings.
- If the old Infinity NC connection is still listed, select Forget / Remove.
- Select Infinity NC to pair again.
Solid BLUE for 1 second, then OFF = Connected
Reset Didn't Work?
- Make sure both earbuds are inside the charging case.
- Keep the case lid open.
- Press and hold the case button for the full 8 seconds.
- Wait for flashing PINK, followed by flashing RED & BLUE.
