Infinity NC – How to Charge
The Infinity NC uses a USB-C charging case. Follow the steps below to charge the earbuds and case.
Step 1 – Put Both Earbuds in the Case
- Place the left and right earbuds inside the charging case.
- Make sure both earbuds are sitting correctly in their charging positions.
- Close the lid.
Tip: If one earbud is not charging, remove it and place it back into the case. Make sure it is seated correctly.
Step 2 – Charge the Case
- Connect a USB-C cable to the charging case.
- Connect the other end to a USB power source.
Recommended power: 5V / 0.5A–2A
Step 3 – Check the Charging Lights
Look at the white LEDs on the charging case.
Flashing WHITE = Charging. Leave the case connected to power.
Solid WHITE = Fully charged. Charging is complete.
How Long Does Charging Take?
A full charge takes about 2 hours. When the light becomes solid white, disconnect the USB-C cable.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
No Charging Lights
- Disconnect the USB-C cable.
- Connect it again firmly.
- Try another USB-C cable.
- Try another USB power source.
Flashing WHITE = Charging
One Earbud Is Not Charging
The earbud may not be sitting correctly in the case.
- Remove the problem earbud.
- Check that nothing is blocking the charging contacts.
- Place the earbud back into the case.
- Make sure it sits securely in its charging position.
- Leave it in the case and check again.
