Join the broadcast — don't pair the transmitter

Auracast hearing aids connect by joining a broadcast through the hearing aid app or a compatible Auracast Assistant. Do not look for the transmitter as a regular Bluetooth audio device.

I can't find the Auracast broadcast

Confirm your exact hearing aid model supports the connection method shown in its guide.
Update your hearing aid firmware and manufacturer's app.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Stay close to the Auracast transmitter while connecting.
Close and reopen the hearing aid app, then search again.

I see the broadcast, but the hearing aids won't join

Stop calls, music, videos, or other audio currently playing through the hearing aids.
Restart the hearing aids.
Restart your phone.
Reconnect the hearing aids to your phone.
Follow your brand guide and try joining the broadcast again.

I don't see an Auracast option in my hearing aid app

The connection method varies by hearing aid brand and model. Some supported hearing aids use the manufacturer's app, while others use a compatible phone's Auracast Assistant.
