Good to Know

Clearing Bluetooth history does not clear Auracast information

Holding Volume + and Volume − together for 5 seconds clears the saved Bluetooth pairing history only. After the reset, the headphones return to Bluetooth pairing mode.

Use Volume Boost only when you need more TV volume

If the TV audio level is too low, slide the transmitter's Volume Boost switch from Normal to High to increase the maximum output level.

Something Doesn't Look Right?

No Sound?

Check the Input Signal light, headphone connection, TV audio settings, and cable connection.

Troubleshoot No Sound

Headphones Not Charging?

Check dock power, charging-contact alignment, the charging cable, and the Charge indicator.

Fix Charging Issues

Need to Clear Bluetooth Pairing History?

Reset the saved Bluetooth connection if you are having pairing problems or want to connect a new Bluetooth device.
