Ensemble Pro - How to Factory Reset / Clear Bluetooth Pairing History

If you are having Bluetooth connection issues or want to connect the headset to a new Bluetooth device, you can clear the previous Bluetooth pairing history.

Steps:

1. Turn on the headset.
2. Press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. The LED will turn solid red and blue for 2 seconds.
4. The Bluetooth pairing history will be cleared.

After clearing the pairing history, the headset will return to paring mode. You can now pair it with a new Bluetooth device.

Note: This operation only clears the Bluetooth pairing information. It does not clear Auracast broadcast information.
