Aura Focus - How to Reconnect Earbuds?

If your Aura Focus earbuds disconnect from the transmitter, simply put both devices into Auracast pairing mode and reconnect them. 

Quick Check

1. Put the transmitter into pairing mode

•   Press and hold the Add Device button for 2 seconds until the ORANGE LED flashes quickly.

2. Put the earbuds into pairing mode

• Disconnect them from any other devices first.
• Place the earbuds in the charging case and keep the lid open.
•  Press and hold the case button for 3 seconds until the earbuds flash RED LED quickly.

3. Reconnect the devices

• Keep the transmitter and earbuds close together.
• Wait a few seconds.
• When the earbuds show a SOLID BLUE LED for 1 second, then the light turns off, the connection is complete.

Why this Happens

The earbuds may fail to connect due to an existing connection with another device, improper pairing modes, excessive distance, or an interrupted setup.

💡Tip

If the earbuds don't reconnect the first time, repeat the pairing steps with both devices placed within a few feet (1 meter) of each other. Make sure the earbuds are charged.
