Headphones Not Working with Your TV?
First check whether your TV supports Bluetooth audio. The correct setup depends on your TV.
The included charging dock does not transmit TV audio. To connect directly to a TV, the TV must support Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth audio.
Which Setup Do You Have?

Bluetooth TV
Your TV supports Bluetooth headphones or Bluetooth audio.
Go to Bluetooth TV Instructions Option 2TV Without Bluetooth Audio
Your TV does not support Bluetooth headphones and requires a compatible Crescendo transmitter.
Go to Transmitter InstructionsIf Your TV Has Bluetooth Audio
Pair the headphones directly through your TV's Bluetooth settings.
Open the TV's Bluetooth Settings
On your TV, look under Settings → Sound / Audio → Bluetooth.
Look for an option such as Bluetooth Headphones, Bluetooth Speaker, or Bluetooth Audio Output.
Put the Headphones in Bluetooth Mode
Slide the mode switch to Bluetooth.
If the LED is not flashing red and blue, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds.
Select Eon 3D on Your TV
Start a Bluetooth search on the TV, then select Eon 3D from the device list.
Select Bluetooth as the TV Audio Output
If the headphones connect but the TV still plays through its speakers, open the TV's Sound Output menu and select Bluetooth headphones / Eon 3D.
If Your TV Does Not Have Bluetooth Audio
Use the Crescendo Base transmitter to connect the headphones to a TV with HDMI ARC, Optical, or AUX audio output.
The Crescendo Base is the compatible transmitter base for Eon 3D.
To use Base mode with your TV, you need the compatible Crescendo Base transmitter.
Connect the Transmitter to Your TV
Connect the Crescendo Base to a supported TV audio output and turn the transmitter on.
Switch the Headphones to Base Mode
Slide the headphone mode switch to Base.
Mode → BaseEnter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds.
Keep the headphones close to the transmitter while they connect.
Wait for the Connection
When connected, the headphone LED becomes solid blue.
Still Not Working?
TV Finds the Headphones but Won't Connect
- Remove or forget Eon 3D from the TV's Bluetooth device list.
- Turn Bluetooth off on nearby phones or tablets that previously used the headphones.
- Put the headphones back into Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED should flash red and blue.
- Search again from the TV and select Eon 3D.
Connected but No TV Sound
- Confirm the headphone LED is solid blue.
- Open the TV's Sound Output menu.
- Select Bluetooth headphones or Eon 3D.
- Raise both the TV output volume and headphone volume.
Headphones Keep Reconnecting to Your Phone
- Disconnect Eon 3D from your phone.
- Temporarily turn the phone's Bluetooth off.
- Put Eon 3D into pairing mode again. The LED should flash red and blue.
- Search for it from the TV and reconnect.
