Create Your Hearing Profile
Use the Avantree app to test your hearing and create a personalized sound profile for each ear.
First connect the headphones to your phone by Bluetooth, then complete the test in the Avantree app.
1. Download the Avantree App
Make sure you install the Avantree app with the black background and green logo shown here.
Create Your Profile
Pair the Headphones with Your Phone
Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then switch the headphones to Bluetooth mode.
Mode → BluetoothIf the LED is not flashing red and blue, press and hold the Play/Pause button for 3 seconds.
On your phone, select Avantree Crescendo Me from the Bluetooth device list.
Add the Headphones in the App
Open the Avantree app. When you see “Activated Bluetooth device found, tap to add”, tap Confirm.
Select Avantree Crescendo Me, then tap Connect.
The app should show the headphones as Connected.
Start the Hearing Test
In the app, tap Crescendo Me, then select Custom Hearing.
Follow the prompts to test your left and right ears. The test takes about 3 minutes.
After the test is complete, your personalized profile is saved to the headphones and stays active after setup.
Can't Find Custom Hearing?
Make sure you installed the Avantree app with the black background and green Avantree logo.
Make sure the headphones are fully connected to your phone by Bluetooth before opening them in the Avantree app.
If needed, close and reopen the app, then reconnect the headphones and try again.
Save Your Profile Across Devices
In the app, tap Registration to create an account. This allows your data to be saved and synced when you sign in on another device.
