EON ME can be charged on the powered dock or directly by USB-C.
Charge on the Dock
Use the transmitter and charging base to charge the headphones.
Charge Directly by USB-C
You can also charge the headphones directly through their USB-C charging port.
Still Not Charging?
Try these checks in order.
Make Sure the Charging Dock Has Power
The headphones only charge on the dock when the transmitter and charging base are powered.
Look for the solid red charging light on the headphones.Reseat the Headphones on the Dock
Lift the headphones off the dock and place them back into the charging position.
A solid red light means charging has started.Try Direct USB-C Charging
If the headphones do not show a red charging light on the dock, connect a USB-C cable directly to the headphones and try charging again.
A solid red light should appear while charging.No Red Light with Either Charging Method?
If the headphones will not charge from either the powered dock or direct USB-C, contact Avantree support for further diagnosis.
Need to Replace the Batteries?
EON ME uses two replaceable rechargeable batteries.

1 Open the Ear Cup Cover Start here
Press and hold the spot located just above the OPEN button. Gently lift the outer cover to reveal the battery compartment.
2 Remove the Old Battery Open the battery compartment
Remove the old rechargeable battery from the ear cup.
3 Insert the New Battery Negative (−) end first
Insert the replacement battery with the negative (−) end first.
4 Close the Ear Cup Cover Press until it clicks into place
Replace the outer cover and press gently until it clicks into place.
5 Repeat on the Other Side One battery is installed in each side
Follow the same process to replace the battery in the other ear cup.
Remove the batteries if the headphones will be stored for an extended period.
