Charge Your Quartet 2 Headphones
Use the included USB-C 4-in-1 charging cable with a compatible 5V USB power adapter.
Use a 5V / 500mA–2A USB power adapter.
A standard phone charger with the correct rating should work. Make sure the charging cable is plugged in securely.
How to Charge

Connect the Charging Cable
Plug the included USB-C charging cable securely into the headphones.

Connect to a 5V Charger
Connect the cable to a 5V / 500mA–2A USB power adapter.

Check the Charging Light
A solid red light means the headphones are charging.

Try These Quick Checks
- Unplug and reconnect the USB-C cable securely.
- Try a different USB-C charging cable.
- Test with another compatible 5V power adapter.
- Check the charging port for dust or debris.
Tip: Charging from a laptop USB port may be slower. Use a compatible wall charger for faster charging.
