Charge the headphones using the provided USB-C 4-in-1 charging cable and a 5V/500mA-2A rated USB adapter (your phone charger or similar should work)
QUICK CHECK :
1. Plug in the included USB-C cable securely .
2. Use a 5V charger (500mA–2A) like a phone charger
3. Look for a solid red light (this means charging)
LED INDICATORS :
● Use USB-C (5V, 0.5~2A).
● Low battery: LED blinks red.
● Charging: LED stays solid red.
● Fully charged: LED off (~3 hrs).
● Playtime: Up to 20 hrs.
Most common reason
Using an incompatible charger or a loose/damaged cable can prevent charging.
Helpful tip
Charging from a laptop USB port may be slower—use a wall charger for faster results
Still not working?
● Try a different USB-C cable
● Test with another power adapter
● Inspect the charging port for dust or debris
● If none of these help, contact support or consider a replacement
