Add More Headphones

Pair Another Receiver to Quartet 2

Put the Flex Base and the new headphones into pairing mode at the same time. They should connect within a few seconds.

Connect Up to 100 Compatible Receivers Pair additional headphones or compatible Avantree receivers one at a time.

How to Add Headphones

Keep the new headphones within arm's reach of the Flex Base while pairing.

Turn On the Flex Base

Make sure the Quartet 2 transmitter is powered on.

Put the Flex Base in Pairing Mode

Press and hold the pairing button until the Add Devices light starts flashing.

Turn On the New Headphones

Make sure the headphones are powered on before starting pairing mode.

Put the Headphones in Pairing Mode

Hold the power / pair control at PAIR for about 5 seconds until the headphone light flashes blue.

Wait 3–5 Seconds

Keep the headphones close to the Flex Base and wait for them to connect.

Most Common Issue

The Flex Base and headphones are not in pairing mode at the same time. Start pairing mode on both devices, keep them close together, and wait 3–5 seconds.

Still Not Connecting?

Turn both the Flex Base and new headphones off, then turn them back on.
Repeat the pairing steps and make sure both devices are in pairing mode at the same time.
Keep the headphones within arm's reach of the Flex Base.
Move the setup away from Wi-Fi routers or microwaves, which may interfere with the 2.4GHz connection.
Reduce nearby wireless activity and try pairing again.
