One-sided sound is usually caused by a loose or incomplete cable connection, so audio only reaches one side.
Quick Check
1. Unplug the audio cable from the transmitter and plug it back in firmly
● Do it 3-5 times if possible to reset the headphones internally
2. Check the audio cable is fully inserted into your TV/audio source and to the transmitter base
● make sure you hear a click
3. Wiggle the cable slightly and see if sound cuts in/out
4. Power OFF then ON the headphones and test again
5. If your using 3.5mm AUX connection , try to plug the Aux cable directly to your headphone Aux port and use it as wired to test .
Most Common Reason
The audio cable isn’t fully connected, so only one channel (left or right) is working.
TIP :
Test on another TV/device ( this help us determine if the issue persists across multiple devices )
