Harmony A2 Solo – Can I Use It While Charging?
Yes. You can listen to the Harmony A2 Solo while it is connected to power and charging.
Step 1 – Connect the Speaker to Power
Connect the included USB-C cable to the Harmony A2 Solo.
Connect the other end to a stable 5V / 2A USB power source.
Step 2 – Turn On the Speaker
Turn the Harmony A2 Solo ON after connecting the charging cable.
Step 3 – Play Audio
Connect the speaker through Bluetooth or Auracast and play audio normally. You do not need to wait for the battery to finish charging.
Speaker not playing while charging? Try a stable USB wall adapter rated at 5V / 2A.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
Speaker Does Not Turn On While Charging
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB-C cable.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted.
- Try a USB wall adapter rated at 5V / 2A.
- Try another compatible USB-C cable.
Speaker Is On but Does Not Play Audio
- Confirm that the speaker is connected through Bluetooth or Auracast.
- Play audio on the source device.
- Increase the source volume.
- Increase the Harmony A2 Solo volume.
