Harmony A2 Solo – Factory Reset

Reset the speaker if an old Bluetooth connection is preventing it from pairing or connecting correctly.

Important: This reset clears the speaker’s saved Classic Bluetooth connections only. It does not clear Auracast connections.

Reset the Speaker

Turn the Harmony A2 Solo ON.
Press the Bluetooth button once to switch to Classic Bluetooth mode.
Press and hold the ＋ and − buttons together for about 5 seconds.

Solid PINK for about 2 seconds = Reset complete

The Classic Bluetooth pairing history is now cleared. After resetting, the speaker automatically switches to Auracast Broadcasting mode.

Connect with Bluetooth Again

Press the Bluetooth button once to return to Classic Bluetooth mode.
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.
Open your device’s Bluetooth settings.
Select Avantree Harmony A2 Solo.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Bluetooth pairing mode

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

The LED Does Not Turn Pink

Make sure the speaker is ON.
Make sure it is in Classic Bluetooth mode.
Press ＋ and − at the same time.
Keep holding both buttons for the full 5 seconds.

Reset Is Complete but the Speaker Will Not Connect

The speaker switches to Auracast Broadcasting mode after the reset. Press the Bluetooth button once, then press and hold it for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue.

Flashing RED & BLUE = Ready to pair
