Lingo N21- Troubleshooting: Unable to Pair Headset With My Bluetooth Device?

If you’re having trouble pairing your Lingo N21 with a phone, tablet, or computer, follow the steps below in order.
Most pairing issues are resolved in Step 1.

Step 1: Make Sure the Lingo N21 Is in Pairing Mode

Powering on ≠ Pairing mode

The headset must be in pairing mode to appear in your device’s Bluetooth list.

• Pairing mode indicator:
  The LED flashes Red and Blue.

How to enter pairing mode

1. Turn off the Lingo N21.

2. Press and hold the MFB (power) button for 5 seconds.

3. Release the button when the LED starts flashing Red and Blue.

If the LED is already flashing Red and Blue but the headset won’t connect, continue to Step 2.

Step 2: Reboot and Retry

A quick restart often fixes temporary Bluetooth connection issues.

1. Restart the Lingo N21.

2. Restart your phone, tablet, or computer.

3. Turn Bluetooth back on and try pairing again.

Step 3: Perform a Factory Reset

If pairing still fails, clearing the pairing history may help.

• Perform a factory reset on the Lingo N21.

• Then repeat the pairing process starting from Step 1.
