If you’re having trouble pairing your Lingo N21 with a phone, tablet, or computer, follow the steps below in order.
Most pairing issues are resolved in Step 1.
Step 1: Make Sure the Lingo N21 Is in Pairing Mode
Powering on ≠ Pairing mode
The headset must be in pairing mode to appear in your device’s Bluetooth list.
Pairing mode indicator:
The LED flashes Red and Blue.
How to enter pairing mode
Turn off the Lingo N21.
Press and hold the MFB (power) button for 5 seconds.
Release the button when the LED starts flashing Red and Blue.
If the LED is already flashing Red and Blue but the headset won’t connect, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Reboot and Retry
A quick restart often fixes temporary Bluetooth connection issues.
Restart the Lingo N21.
Restart your phone, tablet, or computer.
Turn Bluetooth back on and try pairing again.
Step 3: Perform a Factory Reset
If pairing still fails, clearing the pairing history may help.
Perform a factory reset on the Lingo N21.
Then repeat the pairing process starting from Step 1.

Make sure the Lingo N21 is not connected to another device nearby
Keep the headset close to your device during pairing
Avoid pairing in areas with heavy wireless interference
