Lingo N21 – Set Up Meeting & Calling Apps

To use your Lingo N21 for calls and meetings, select it as both the speaker and microphone inside your app.

Important: Your meeting app can use different audio settings from your computer. Select the Lingo N21 in the app even if it is already selected in your computer’s sound settings.

Before You Start

Connect the Lingo N21 to your computer through Bluetooth.
Open the meeting or calling app you want to use.
Open the app’s Settings or Audio Settings.

Choose Your App

Discord

Click User Settings (gear icon).
Select Voice & Video.
Set Input Device to Headphones (Avantree).
Set Output Device to Headphones (Avantree).

Google Meet

Click Settings (gear icon) before or during a meeting.
Select Audio.
Set Microphone to Headphones (Avantree).
Set Speakers to Headphones (Avantree).
Use Test if needed.

Microsoft Teams

Open Settings in Teams.
Select Devices or Audio.
Set Speaker to Headphones (Avantree).
Set Microphone to Headphones (Avantree).

Webex

Open Settings.
Select Audio.
Set Speaker to Headphones (Avantree).
Set Microphone to Headphones (Avantree).
Click Save.

Zoom

Open Settings in Zoom.
Select Audio.
Set Speaker to Headphones (Avantree).
Set Microphone to Headphones (Avantree).
Use Test Speaker and Test Mic to confirm.

Something Doesn’t Look Right?

I Can Hear Audio, but Others Cannot Hear Me

Open the app’s audio settings and make sure Microphone is set to Headphones (Avantree). Also make sure the Lingo N21 microphone is not muted.

I See Stereo and Hands-Free

Select Hands-Free for calls and meetings. This allows the Lingo N21 microphone to work.

My Changes Do Not Take Effect

Close and reopen the calling app after changing its audio settings. Make sure the Lingo N21 is not connected to another device at the same time.
