Clear saved Bluetooth connections and pair your Lingo N21 again.
When Should I Reset the Lingo N21?
A factory reset clears the Lingo N21's saved Bluetooth pairing information and can help if:
- The Lingo N21 will not pair with your Bluetooth device.
- The Bluetooth connection has become unstable.
- The headset keeps reconnecting to a previously paired device.
- You want to clear the saved Bluetooth pairing history and start over.
Turn On the Lingo N21
Make sure your Lingo N21 is powered ON before starting the factory reset.
Factory Reset the Lingo N21
While the Lingo N21 is on, press and hold the Volume + and Volume – buttons together for approximately 5 seconds.
Reset Confirmation
Red + Blue together
Both colors illuminate together for approximately 1 second.
Reset Complete
Red and Blue flash alternately
The Lingo N21 is now in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Does the LED look pink? This is normal. The Red and Blue LEDs illuminate at the same time, which can make the light appear pink briefly.
Important: Keep holding both volume buttons until you see the brief Red + Blue / Pink reset confirmation.
Check That the Reset Worked
After the reset, the Lingo N21 should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

The Lingo N21 is ready to pair with a Bluetooth device.
Pair the Lingo N21 Again
Keep the Lingo N21 in pairing mode while reconnecting it to your Bluetooth device.
Recommended: If your device still shows an old Lingo N21 Bluetooth entry, select Forget / Remove / Unpair before pairing again.
- Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone, tablet, computer, or other compatible Bluetooth device.
- Remove the previous Lingo N21 Bluetooth record if it is still saved.
- Search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Select Lingo N21 when it appears.
- Wait for the Bluetooth connection to complete.

Reset Didn't Work?
I don't see the Red + Blue / Pink reset light
Make sure the Lingo N21 is powered on. Press and hold Volume + and Volume – together continuously for the full 5 seconds. Do not release the buttons too early.
There is no LED response
Confirm that the Lingo N21 can power on normally. If there is no LED activity, charge the headset and then try the reset again.
The reset worked, but the Lingo N21 still won't pair
- Confirm that the LEDs are alternating Red and Blue.
- Forget or remove the old Lingo N21 Bluetooth record from your device.
- Restart your phone, tablet, computer, or other Bluetooth device.
- Turn Bluetooth back on and search for the Lingo N21 again.
The Lingo N21 keeps connecting to another device
Temporarily turn Bluetooth off on other previously paired devices nearby. Then put the Lingo N21 back into pairing mode and try connecting to the intended device again.
Lingo N21 does not appear in the Bluetooth device list
Make sure the Lingo N21 is actually in Bluetooth pairing mode. Look for alternating Red and Blue LEDs before searching for it from your Bluetooth device.
