Within 15 m / 50 ftReduce interference
Move the transmitter away from nearby Wi-Fi equipment and other devices that use the 2.4 GHz wireless band.
Use a wired source
If Bluetooth remains unstable, connect the audio source directly to the transmitter using a wired connection.
Keep the transmitter away from these devices
Bluetooth and many other wireless devices share the 2.4 GHz band. Nearby equipment can interfere with the phone-to-transmitter connection.
For the most stable audio, use a wired connection
If your installation does not require Bluetooth from the phone, connect the audio source directly to the transmitter instead.
Test the setup with the phone close to the transmitter. If the cutting out stops, distance or wireless interference is the likely cause. For a fixed venue installation, a wired audio source is generally the more stable option.
