Listeners can use their own Auracast-compatible hearing aids.
They can connect directly to the AuraPlex MX Auracast broadcast without using an AuraPlex MX receiver.
Important: The hearing aids must support Auracast.
Standard Bluetooth support alone is not enough. If you're unsure, check your hearing aid model's Auracast compatibility first.
How to connect
Use your hearing aid's companion app or your phone's Auracast assistant to join the broadcast.

Turn on your hearing aids
Make sure they are powered on and ready to connect.

Open the hearing aid app
Open the manufacturer's companion app or your phone's Auracast assistant.

Find Auracast broadcasts
Scan for available Auracast broadcasts near you.

Select the broadcast
Select the AuraPlex MX broadcast from the available broadcast list.

Can't find the AuraPlex MX broadcast?
- Move closer to the AuraPlex MX transmitter and scan again.
- Make sure the AuraPlex MX transmitter is powered on and broadcasting.
- Turn your hearing aids off and back on, then scan again.
- Check that Auracast is enabled in your hearing aid app or device settings.
