SP851 – What to Do If Sound Quality Not as Expected?

If the sound quality does not meet your expectations, please try the steps below.

Adjust EQ (Bluetooth Mode Only)

EQ presets are available only in Bluetooth Speaker mode and can help improve the listening experience.

1. Switch the device to Bluetooth Speaker mode.

2. Press and hold MODE to enter System Settings.

3. Use ◀ / ▶ to select EQ, then press to confirm.

4. Choose one of the following presets:
   Return / Natural / Rock / Pop / Classic / Jazz / Soft

5. Press to apply the selected EQ.

Important Notes

• EQ settings apply only to Bluetooth mode and are not available for Radio, MicroSD, or USB playback at present.

• EQ settings reset after power-off and must be reselected each time.

• We are actively working on sound improvements for future updates.
