SP851 – How to Factory Reset Your Bluetooth Speaker with Radio

If you have trouble pairing the speaker with your Bluetooth-enabled phone or tablet, you can reset its Bluetooth chip as follows:

SP851-DAB

Turn it on.
Press and hold Mode to enter System Settings.
Use to locate Factory Reset, then press once — reset complete.
The device will return to DAB+ mode.
 

SP850
Turn it on.
Press and hold MENU/OK to enter System Settings.
Use ⏭ to locate Factory Reset, then press MENU/OK once — reset complete.
The device will return to FM mode.
