The most common cause is the hearing aids switching between the Auracast broadcast and another Bluetooth device.
Turn Off Bluetooth on Your Phone
Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on your phone, tablet, and other devices previously paired with your hearing aids. Then test the TV audio again.
If the Audio Stops, Check the Transmitter LEDs
Don't restart the transmitter yet. Check these two lights first.
It should be white.
Short-press the Auracast button once, then confirm your hearing aids are still connected to the broadcast.
It should be solid white.
Check the Optical/AUX cable and make sure the TV is playing audio. For Optical, set the TV audio format to PCM.
Both LEDs White but Audio Still Cuts Out?
Put them in the charging case for a few seconds, take them out, then rejoin the Auracast broadcast.
Test within a few feet of the transmitter. If the audio improves, distance or interference may be the cause.
Restart the transmitter and hearing aids, then reconnect to the Auracast broadcast.
Play TV audio for several minutes and check whether the connection remains stable.
As a test, temporarily turn off Wi-Fi and 5G/mobile data on nearby phones. If the audio improves, wireless interference may be contributing to the issue.
