Using Optical audio? If you experience no sound or unusual audio, check that your TV's Digital Audio Output Format is set to PCM.

Check the headphone connection, TV output, audio cable, and audio format.

Check the dock power, charging contacts, and headphone position on the charging base.

Follow the Ensemble pairing instructions if the headphones and transmitter will not reconnect.

Clear the saved pairing information and pair the Ensemble again.
