Harmony A1 Solo – How to Factory Reset / Clear Pairing History
Reset the speaker if it cannot connect or if you want to remove old Bluetooth connections.
Important: This reset clears Classic Bluetooth pairing history only. It does not affect Auracast connections.
Reset the Speaker
- Turn the Harmony A1 Solo ON.
- Press and hold the + and − buttons together for 5 seconds.
Solid PINK for 2 seconds
Flashing ORANGE = Reset complete
The speaker’s Bluetooth pairing history is cleared. It automatically switches to Auracast Broadcasting mode.
Something Doesn’t Look Right?
The LED Does Not Turn PINK
- Make sure the speaker is ON.
- Press + and − at the same time.
- Keep holding for the full 5 seconds.
Need to Connect with Bluetooth Again?
After resetting, the speaker is in Auracast Broadcasting mode. Use the pairing guide to return to Bluetooth mode and connect your device again.
