AuraGo(AS70P) - Fix bluetooth pairing issue – Avantree Support

Start by checking pairing mode

The AuraGo LED should be blinking red and blue. If it isn't, put the AuraGo into Bluetooth pairing mode first.

Put AuraGo into Bluetooth pairing mode

Slide and hold the switch toward the Bluetooth position for 2 seconds. The LED should start blinking red and blue.

Blinking Red + Blue = Pairing mode

Restart Bluetooth and search again

Turn Bluetooth off and back on on your phone or transmitter, then search for the AuraGo again.

Still not connecting?

Clear the old pairing records on your phone or transmitter. Then clear the AuraGo's pairing history and try pairing again.

If the steps above don't work, clear the saved pairing history on the AuraGo. Then slide and hold the switch toward the Bluetooth position for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode again.
